Storing Our Custom Cakes & Treats
CUSTOMER CARE
Cakes, cupcakes, and dipped treats should be refrigerated for up to 5 days, with the exception of strawberries.

Strawberries should be consumed within 2 days.
​
Cupcakes and certain treats may be stored at room temperature if consumed within 8 hours of pickup or delivery.
​
Cupcakes may be frozen for up to 10 days. To thaw, leave at room temperature for 2–3 hours.
​
Unopened cake jars may be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks, and up to 1 week after opening.
​
Cakes may be frozen for up to 2 months when properly wrapped.
​
For the best quality, do not consume desserts beyond the recommended timeframes.

WHOLESALE & Corporate Orders
Thee Sweet Shoppe offers wholesale and corporate dessert options for businesses, events, and special occasions.

Minimum quantities and advance notice are required for all wholesale and corporate orders.

PAYMENT METHODS
Invoices are sent via email or text once order details are finalized. Full payment is required five days prior to the scheduled service date.
​
A $20 rush fee will be applied if payment is not received by day three. Orders not paid in full by the day before the service date are subject to cancellation at our discretion.
​
Orders over $200 require a 50% deposit. All orders are confirmed upon payment, and the paid invoice serves as a binding agreement.
​
